You don't have to keep carrying this alone.
Maybe you've become so used to carrying the weight that you've forgotten what it feels like to set it down.

You've been the one everyone depends on. You've pushed through exhaustion, quieted your own needs, smiled when your heart was breaking, and convinced yourself that tomorrow will be easier.

But carrying it well doesn't mean it isn't heavy.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, depression, trauma, burnout, hormonal changes, or simply feel like you've lost yourself along the way, you deserve compassionate care that looks beyond a diagnosis and sees the whole woman.

You don't have to wait until you're in crisis. You don't have to have all the answers before reaching out. And you don't have to walk this road by yourself.

At She Rises Psychiatry, you'll find thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care in a place where your story matters, your faith is welcomed, and healing is approached with compassion, clinical excellence, and hope.

Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but it may also be the beginning of finding the peace you've been longing for.

Psychiatric care for women in Tennessee that goes beyond symptom management—integrating evidence-based care, thoughtful medication management, and faith to care for the mind, body, and soul.
How I Can Help:
Every woman's story is unique, and no two healing journeys look the same. Whether you're facing a recent challenge or have been carrying burdens for years, my goal is to understand the whole picture—not just your symptoms.

Depression, hopelessness, or loss of joy
-
Trauma and the lasting effects of painful life experiences
-
Burnout, emotional exhaustion, and chronic stress
-
Obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors

Pregnancy, postpartum, and preconception mental health concerns
-
Perimenopause and the emotional changes that often accompany it
-
Grief, life transitions, and overwhelming seasons of change
-
Difficulty regulating emotions or feeling stuck in survival mode
-
The desire for psychiatric care that thoughtfully integrates Christian faith with evidence-based treatment
Consistent, Personal Care

She Rises Psychiatry was intentionally designed to remain a solo practice.

You'll never wonder who you're speaking with or feel like just another appointment on a busy schedule. Every interaction—from your initial inquiry to your ongoing care—is handled with intention, consistency, and a genuine commitment to knowing your story.

I believe meaningful healing happens within trusted relationships, and that relationship begins the moment you reach out.
What to Expect: The Intake Process
Because She Rises Psychiatry is intentionally a one-provider practice, the intake process is completed electronically. This helps streamline the administrative process while allowing me to personally review your information and determine whether my approach and services are a good fit for your needs and goals.

Step 1: Complete a brief inquiry form.
You’ll begin by providing some basic information through a short online form.

Step 2: Complete your intake packet.
Once you submit the initial form, you will immediately receive an email with a link to complete your electronic intake packet. This gives me a better understanding of what brings you to She Rises and what you are hoping for from care. It also allows you to review my policies prior to scheduling so you may ensure they align with your preferences.

Step 3: Insurance verification and cost estimate.
I will review your completed information, verify your insurance benefits when applicable, and provide you with a best estimate of any expected out-of-pocket costs before scheduling. You will create an account with my insurance billing partner, Headway. This is a simple process that allows them to collect your payments and bill the visits to your insurance.

Step 4: Scheduling your first appointment.
Once the intake process is complete and I have determined that She Rises is an appropriate fit for your needs, I will personally reach out to get your first appointment scheduled.

This process allows me to thoughtfully review each potential patient before scheduling and helps ensure that the care I provide aligns with what you are looking for. Because I personally handle every part of the practice—from your first inquiry to your clinical care—you are never passed from one department to another.
